Beyond Habits: Integrating Professional Addiction Studies into Clinical Hypnotherapy

As I continue to expand my hypnotherapy practice in Calgary, I’m excited to share that I have officially begun advancing my university-level training in the Professional Addiction Studies program at McMaster University.

While my practice has always focused on helping people better understand and shift subconscious patterns, this program allows me to bring deeper, evidence-informed science into my work with clients in Calgary, including pharmacology, neuroscience, and behavioral deconstruction. It is also allowing me to continue expanding my work into new areas of behavioral and mental health support.

By combining Clinical Hypnotherapy with these advanced studies, we can address the root patterns of behavioral change more effectively than ever before. Whether you are looking to better understand addictive patterns, break a long-standing cycle, change your relationship with unhealthy coping behaviors, or simply understand the “why” behind your habits, I am here to support your growth with grounded, evidence-informed tools for meaningful behavioral change.

Real change often begins quietly, through small moments of awareness, understanding, and support. Sometimes even the smallest shift creates ripples of recovery that extend far beyond what we imagine.
